I used to coach people on an hourly basis. My rate was $300 per hour and up. The sessions were profitable for me, but it turns out short-term projects aren’t nearly as fulfilling or valuable (to both me and my clients) as long-term projects.
So I’m no longer doing hourly consulting.
Instead, I’ll be taking a limited number of long-term clients twice a year.
