Fascinating recap, and very interesting predictions for 2023. I’ve been playing around with AI generated art over the last couple weeks and my mind is positively blown. Major things happening in that space, but it could go any direction in my opinion (lotta love, lotta hate, lotta possibilities).

Not that anyone even pretends anymore to have any confidence in their predictions in the crypto space, but they’re always fun to read a year later ;-) Care to share? Regulatory trends? Actually realized use cases? And of course, will we be on the moon yet?

The AI trend is getting really, really strong backlash from the art community. I have to think we're going to see some heavy regulation, especially when it comes to the use of copywritten materials used to train AI tools.

Whether you are a lawyer a bricklayer or an artist when the machine does it better than you then your efforts have become redundant, that part of your job is irrelevant and it's time to find a new job or new innovation the machine hasn't figured out how to do yet, or create the next machine \ program, or outsmart the machine.

I only just recently even started using Twitter like less than a month ago so I'm no expert but I don't see anything other than positive changes, better product, and more features coming forth from Elon's takeover. I think it will grow and become more dominant than ever under his leadership in 2023 despite some (odd to me) political backlash.

I think creators who are helping others figure out ways to survive and thrive financially mentally and spiritually specifically in and through the coming recession will do well, especially those who innovate and create on tight shoestring budgets will be set up to capitalize on growth when capital becomes mor available again in a few years.
